Big things are happening on the Charlottesville Downtown Mall! Site work and mass excavation are underway for the Center of Developing Entrepreneurs (CODE).

Fun fact: The existing Carytown Tobacco storefront retail building was razed during demolition, but the existing façade remains intact. The façade will represent the face of a new 2-story wing of CODE, which will be tied-in structurally during construction.
