Overview

This design-build project provides Richmond-based specialty insurer Kinsale Insurance a new office headquarters facility, comprising 146,730 SF among 5 stories. Half of the building is occupied by Kinsale, while the other half will be leased to tenants. Interior scope of work included the fit-out of floors 4 and 5, as well as half of the 1st floor. The project also includes an approx. 210,000 SF, 4-level, 629-space open parking garage with entrances on two (2) sides to accommodate existing and future office building occupants.
