New to working with Hourigan? We’re always looking to collaborate with new vendors and trade partners who share our commitment to excellence. To ensure the highest quality of work, maintain safe job sites, and meet our clients’ goals, all trade partners must be prequalified to receive bids for Hourigan construction projects. Get started by following the steps below.

    If prequalified, you’ll receive an invitation to register with SmartBid – our online database of qualified trade partners.

    Fill out our Capabilities form. The form can be found below. Once selected, you will begin to receive bidding opportunities from SmartBid.

Become Prequalified 

Hourigan has partnered with COMPASS to provide a best-in-class prequalification process that simplifies and enhances the experience for trade partners. The COMPASS platform eliminates redundant paperwork and offers valuable feedback, making it easier to meet industry requirements. With the 1Form, trade partners can efficiently prequalify with multiple construction managers or general contractors in one streamlined process.  

To complete prequalification through COMPASS, you will need:  

  • Contractor’s License and W-9  
  • Audited Financial Statements  
  • Work in Progress Report  
  • Experience Modification Rating (EMR)  
  • OSHA 300 Logs  
  • References for Bank, Bonding Agent, and Insurance Company  
  • Proof of Insurance
