Overview

The project involves a 45,000-square-foot, four-section addition to an existing pre-engineered manufacturing facility, designed to expand production, storage, and office capabilities. Additionally, the scope includes the construction of a new 12,000-square-foot steel-framed office building. The expansion encompasses site modifications to improve stormwater drainage and optimize layout, the addition of new incoming and outgoing loading docks, and the renovation of existing spaces to enhance process efficiency. Upgrades will include features such as test pits, gantry cranes, and other specialized infrastructure improvements.
